After being on the fence about ordering, I finally did and I am glad! The Flaker is of great quality, clamps to the kitchen counter easily, and it looks beautiful. I was surprised when it was delivered well before the stated timeline. I would recommend this purchase to anyone looking to take better care of their health by going as natural as possible to the source. And I would definitely recommend Loewen as a place to purchase high quality European products from the US.

I am from the US and this mill shipped very quickly and was on my front door step in no time. I was able to get a “special batch” mill that had originally been made for US customers. It is absolutely beautiful, the hopper holds so many wheat berries for milling my own flour, and the set up to get the grinding stone where they needed to be is extremely easy. I highly recommend!

The knob on my 1Zpresso J-Max just kept popping off while grinding. Other owners on reddit were having the same issue and recommended a Comandante knob as a replacement. This Big Joe knob installed easily, does not pop off and the larger size feels great in hand!
