Precision instrument, not difficult to use, and easily maintained.
The Comandante isn’t really a grinder as many grinders are but rather a surgical slicer that cuts with precision for the rich clean cup your precious little bean is capable of,period! If you’re not getting that result the burrs you’re using aren’t up to it. Think of them as fine knives. I’ve worn out other popular grinders that made all different sizes of pieces and dust from the time they were new. Start sharp and stay sharp are my thoughts. This is a quality, fun machine, without toxic materials like aluminum in it. If you try one you will appreciate it. Thanks for thinking this through and making it available for us who understand what it is

You can see the thoughtfulness behind the packaging and presentation. The thermometer was calibrated, came with answers to basic questions and instructions on how to remedy common issues. The unit is accurate and simple to read. Love the look.

Clock is as nice looking in real life as in the photos. It’s a touch smaller than I anticipated. But still big enough to read at a glance from across the room. Great communication and was received in America within a few weeks.

Fast shipping, excellent quality of product, however the degree imprint on the metal is extremely hard to read. Would suggest some how making the actual degree measurement colored or simply black against the silver of the “tag”. Thank you
