Your order was placed on November 30 and delivered on December 20 via FedEx, which is indeed longer than usual. Under normal circumstances, delivery typically takes no more than two weeks. Unfortunately, during the pre-Christmas period, logistics providers are often heavily overloaded, which can occasionally result in extended transit times.
We are, however, very pleased that the item still arrived in time to be given as a gift and that your daughter was happy with it.
