The long-living beech wooden corpus was made from a single piece of wood in various manufacturing steps. The Zassenhaus grinding mechanism out of high-performance ceramics is tough and harder than steel. It is burnt at 1.700 C° and absolutely wear-proof and corrosion-free. This mill shreds pepper, salt, dried spicery such as mustard seeds, kummel or anise - great for chutneys and mixed pickles. Clever: the degree of grinding from ultrafine to coarse can be adjusted at the bottom of the mill and remains exactly the same while refilling.
