La clásica prensa para spaetzle le ayuda a preparar rápidamente spaetzle caseros y puré de patatas. Con solo apretar las palancas, conseguirá spaetzle uniformes y estables en su forma. Su uso es sencillo gracias a que el asa inferior está especialmente aplanada para apoyarse en los bordes de ollas o cuencos. Los tres apoyos ofrecen flexibilidad para una sujeción firme en recipientes de distintos tamaños.

Diferentes formas de prensa

Con las prensas Westmark, hay dos formas de prensado: redonda o irregular. El molde no se puede quitar de la prensa (sin disco, de una sola pieza). Este tipo de diseño le da a la prensa aún más estabilidad y facilita el trabajo con ella.

Forma redonda

Apta para spaetzle, puré de patatas y helado de espagueti. Produce spaetzle largos y redondos. El diámetro de los orificios de la prensa es de aprox. 3 mm (0.118"). La prensa con orificios redondos también es adecuada para preparar helado de espagueti. Para que el helado de espagueti salga lo mejor posible, coloque la prensa para spaetzle en el congelador unas horas antes de la preparación. El helado debe estar ligeramente descongelado antes de prensarlo.

Forma irregular

Apta para spaetzle y patatas (¡no para helado de espagueti!). El aspecto especial del spaetzle, similar al spaetzle raspado a mano de una tabla, se crea gracias a la perforación alargada (longitud de la ranura: aprox. 7 mm / 0.276").

It is wonderful, thanks! I use it to make Spätzle with students in my German classes. I have also gifted it wedding showers. I would suggest that this item be paired with the skimmer on the website. It took me a while to find the skimmer, which is needed to remove the Spätzle noodles from the boiling water. Danke!
