Efficient, effective, just as I hoped

I grew up with a version one of these. I’d forgotten all about it until my sister reminded me. So I sought this out. I couldn’t be more delighted - it appeared better engineered than alternatives I considered and I wasn’t disappointed. It shipped quickly. The only thing that is a little tricky is that the suction cups are necessary to keep it stable on the kitchen counter, but my wife also likes to tuck it away under the overhang of the counter, so we have to unstick it too. Perhaps if it were heavier or had a non-slip base, that would work better? It is expensive, but I don't regret the purchase.

Beautiful Instrument

I bought this for my husband after much research to find the best weather station for the home. This is the brand! The light-colored wood is a lovely shade especially in the nice traditional banjo style. I was confident this company would carefully package it for shipping and I wasn’t disappointed. It arrived to Portland, Oregon safely. I was amazed how quickly it arrived— this company is very efficient processing orders. My husband was delighted to receive it for his birthday. Love it! Thank you very much for your wonderful weather station.

A beautiful addition to our home...and lives

This is the first real barometer in our life. We thought we probably knew all about barometric pressures and what they mean -- but we've learned so much. We mindfully tap our barometer every time we pass by that wall and pay attention to its minute changes. It is agreeing with online sources of pressure changes (a nice confirmation), but we now prefer to follow the movements of our needle -- and correlate it with our experiences outside out on our land. The barometer quickly found its way to its accurate measurements without more than our need to check the altitude setting for our place on earth.

Fantastic Product and fantastic customer service

I recently purchased a manual Ritter Slicer, primarily for my sourdough bread. I also purchased a second blade for soft foods, which I have not used as yet. The Slicer is exceptional, it is everything I expected and more. It looks fantastic, which is great, because I want to leave it out so that I have quick access to it. It is quite an expensive piece of equipment, but worth every dollar. I would much prefer to buy quality and not waste money on replacing cheaper items. Loewen-META were brilliant. I live in Australia and the slicer arrived promptly and very well packaged. It’s always a bit scary buying on-line from anywhere really, but when it is from the other side of the world and you don’t really know the company, it is even more worrying. You need not worry at all with Loewen-META, they are exceptional, and I would highly recommend them.

Perfect French Press

I am very happy with my French press purchase! I have been using it for several weeks and am very pleased. I love that it is made in Germany, all stainless steel, keeps my coffee warm, and uses no plastic. It is high quality and I know will last for many years. I would definitely recommend this French press. I hand wash mine with dish soap and warm water.

Great gadget

I never knew I needed this, but now I wonder how I lived without it. It removes stones from prune plums rapidly and easily, simplifying the job of making a delicious Bavarian plum cake and plum compote for Kaiserschmarrn—among other wonderful things.

High quality. Functional and beautiful

Love this product in my backyard cedar sauna. You can tell the craftsmanship is high on this well built unit. It just feels good in the hand and looks great on the wall. I much prefer this aesthetically with the chrome metal compared to cheaper models from other brands with wood trim. It matches my Harvia heater. Great customer service, too, handling any and all questions that I had about it.

excellent roman bean slicer

I used to have these back in the old country - rarely seen them in the US. I grow roman beans in my veg garden, and without this tool I would not have been able to freeze >15 lbs of ready to cook romans. Great tool, good price too.

Well made small mechanical mill

Mandolin slicer.

I absolutely love this slicer, this is probably the 4th I have bought as I give them to my friends. I eat salad every day so use it for making fine carrot sticks & slicing courgettes, it’s so easy slicing potatoes for potatoes dauphinois & for making lattice potato crisps & cucumber slices. A great addition to my kitchen essentials.
