I didn't realize that these were coming from overseas, but that's on me - I wasn't paying proper attention. As a result, they took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. They are good quality at a very reasonable price. I'm ready for the next cherry season!

The replacement strippers are gray, and are larger than the original red ones

I purchased the 4070 cherry stoner as well a a replacement spring with stripper and a 10-pack of replacement strippers. None of the replacement strippers (which are light gray/white) match the original red ones. The new ones have openings that are too large for my cherries.

The scoop that changed my life!

I make a cookie recipe that has a lot of butter. The batter is kept in the refrigerator for 2 days before baking. I take it out to bring it to room temperature the night before. Due to the heavy butter volume the dough is very, very soft. Using my traditional scoop results in using my hands to release the dough onto the sheet pan. A very slow and messy process. With this non-stick scoop the dough falls right out! A miracle!
