Freshly crushed grains contain all the vital nutrients of the whole grain, forming the basis for a healthy and contemporary diet. The crushing process gently unlocks the grain, preserving the valuable germ oils, carriers of nutrients and enzymes. Delicacies made from flakes are chewed more thoroughly than flour-based products, and they stimulate intestinal peristalsis much more than ground grains. Flakes are therefore also referred to as the "toothbrush for the intestines." The consistency of the flakes provides a pleasant chewing sensation and gives them a special taste.

In addition to the standard version with a "neutral" aluminum funnel, novia® models in the colors red, green, and blue are now available (natural colors of the ecotec brand).
