Slicer sliding table top short, but slices well

I specifically ordered this one for the large blade compared to other options. Shipping was very fast. Blade cuts even thick crusts very well but one design flaw is the sliding portion of the table is very short. Round loaves have to be cut in 1/2 or 1/4 befor it will slice.

We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the sliding carriage. You are absolutely right – when working with larger round loaves, pre-cutting may be necessary. Feedback like yours is very valuable to us, and we will gladly pass it on for future improvements.

For customers who regularly slice very large loaves, models such as the Ritter AMANO 5 or Ritter MANUS 3 may offer a slightly larger carriage area depending on the setup. However, with compact manual slicers, there are generally some limitations when it comes to very large round breads.

Grain mill

I was very impressed on shipping time and communication. I knew where my package was and when it would arrive. I ordered the Schnitzer Cerealo Grain Mill – 230V Appliance for USA 110V with Included Step-Up.
