As you beautifully pointed out yourself, grain mills and grain flakers serve two different purposes - this mill is specifically designed for fresh whole grain flour and home baking. We especially appreciate how fairly you described your initial disappointment, and we are very pleased that you have now found the right solution for fresh grain flakes as well.
For that purpose, we also offer high-quality manual grain flakers from Schnitzer and Eschenfelder - both also Made in Germany and wonderfully suited for fresh grain flakes.
