This is the best and easiest bread slicer I have found. I make my own Sourdough bread and my partner, he makes whole wheat bread, I have been looking for a bread slicer that would work well for both and this is the one that works perfectly. So glad I bought it, wish I had bought it a long time ago.

This is my first flour mill and I love it. Conveniently fits on my countertop and grinds the berries into the perfect amount of flour I need for baking. I love it.

This is an incredible grinder at a really amazing price! I ordered it on Sunday and I got it delivered to my door in California on Wednesday from Stuttgart Germany. Truly amazing how quickly it arrived. Of course your mileage may vary. Any qualms I had initially about ordering from Loewen META are gone. I would definitely order from them again

Our prior scoop developed pits. Since this item comes in contact with food, I wanted stainless steel and Loewen META appeared to be the best.

I had a vintage Ritter manual slicer that was good for bread, but having a wood base and poor motion control, it wasn’t really easy to clean and needed a c-clamp hack to stay on my counter.

This one is a most excellent replacement. I am hopeless at cutting straight slices of bread; this goes that with ease. Easy to clean, easy to keep in place (wet the counter/suction cups for best performance). I’ve sliced rare roast beef, cheddar, and a lot of bread.
And unlike an electric one, I have control and am less likely to cause myself an injury.
Very happy with this purchase.

I bought the Zassenhaus Retro Hand Bread Slicer Classic a couple of years ago for myself, and I use it every single week. I absolutely love how effortless it is to get perfectly sliced bread for sandwiches, and it cuts through my crusty artisan breads that I bake with ease. I am so impressed with it (and love it), that I recently bought one for my niece for her birthday and she was very happy to receive it. I recently timed myself when slicing a double loaf of bread, and it was under 1 1/2 minutes from start to finish. The most difficult part of baking bread was slicing it, now, it’s effortless and it’s one of the best and regularly used small appliances I use. It sticks perfectly to our granite counter and easily comes off when putting it away (if I had the room, I would leave it on my counter, though). Highly recommend for yourself or as a gift to the bread baker you love.
