I thought I was splurging by buying 3 sizes. I knew that the quality would be worth the money, but I thought I wouldn’t use them that much. I’ve used all 3 sizes and it makes cooking and cleaning easier and more relaxing. I used the 100 for smaller cookies. 40 for muffins, madeleines, meatballs, and flattened meatballs. 20 for larger meatballs or dividing mixed ingredients evenly without using a scale. It’s easy enough to consistently fill the portionners with a level amount or a little less or a little more depending on how much you need for the recipe or to fill the tins and moulds.
