Strainer was a fantastic purchase

I had done a lot of research before settling on this strainer. Functionality, price, and reviews were my criteria (in that order). I needed something for the last step in my gazpacho recipe. This strainer has already given me much joy and a surprising discovery. If I leave the wooden roller dry when I start using it, the tiny pieces of blended veg matter sticks to its surface creating an ever thickening layer of accumulating strained material. So efficient and easy to clean. I was also very satisfied with the prompt delivery after ordering. 5 stars!

I never expected myself to feel so good towards a product.. apart from nostalgia, this strainer performs very well. super easy to assemble, easy to clean, robust and with minimum mechanism so it can't break down! sometimes I wish that the mesh was a bit higher so that the lever puts more pressure on the product while straining, but this is no complain at all, it works perfectly. what's more important is the very professional service and communication of the seller.

Please excuse the delay. To USA it takes an average of 11 days (with USPS) or only 3 -4 days guaranteed with expedited shipping with UPS. With USPS, it can sometimes take a few days longer, but shipping from Germany is quite cheap at USD 9.95.

The scoop that changed my life!

I make a cookie recipe that has a lot of butter. The batter is kept in the refrigerator for 2 days before baking. I take it out to bring it to room temperature the night before. Due to the heavy butter volume the dough is very, very soft. Using my traditional scoop results in using my hands to release the dough onto the sheet pan. A very slow and messy process. With this non-stick scoop the dough falls right out! A miracle!

These are the best! I have had three in my lifetime, only replacing them when lost or lent to somebody who did not return!. They are strong and convenient, grating hard cheese like Parmesan easily, and quickly cutting cucumber, squash or other veggies.
