hawos MOLERE Hand Crank Grain Mill Premium Flour Grinder for Fresh Wholegrain Flour

The hawos Molere hand grain mill combines traditional craftsmanship, durable natural materials, and precise manual grinding in a compact premium design.

The housing made of solid beech wood offers stability, a warm natural appearance, and an authentic tactile feel. With its adjustable grinding mechanism and high quality stone components, the mill produces fresh flour in reliable quality for natural and healthy home cooking.

Using a combination of a Naxos basalt conical stone and a corundum ceramic grinding disc, the hawos Molere processes grain gently and efficiently. It is ideal for home bakers, outdoor enthusiasts, health conscious households, and anyone who values fresh, unprocessed ingredients produced without electricity.

Powerful and versatile manual grain mill

With its stepless grind adjustment, the hawos Molere produces fine wholegrain flour, coarse semolina, or grainy textures. The manual crank system with a 5.5 inch crank radius ensures smooth operation and efficient energy transfer. The natural stone grinding mechanism preserves nutrients, minerals, and flavor in the best possible way.

The mill reliably processes many types of dry grains such as wheat, rye, and spelt. Oily seeds like poppy seed, flaxseed, and sesame can also be milled when mixed with regular grain. This variety makes the mill ideal for bread, rolls, cakes, muesli, porridge, and fresh wholegrain recipes at home or on the go.

Sustainable materials and long lasting stone components

The hawos Molere is crafted from solid beech wood, known for its durability and structural stability. The grinding mechanism combines a Naxos basalt cone with a corundum ceramic disc, providing excellent wear resistance and consistent grinding results. These materials ensure a hygienic, neutral, and natural milling process for pure flour quality.

Comfortable manual operation

The grain mill is secured to a countertop with the included clamps for stable use. The fineness level is easily adjusted using the wing nuts under the grinding mechanism. After approximately 30 to 40 turns, the first freshly ground flour is produced. The hand crank moves smoothly and provides a comfortable, controlled grinding experience.

Easy handling and reliable safety

Attach the mill, ensure free rotation, set the desired fineness, and begin grinding.
The mill is designed for long lasting performance and does not require disassembly. If a blockage occurs, the grinding cone can be released by turning the cross hand knob.
Keep the mill dry at all times and clean the grinding stones with a brush.
