USA & Canada: Sales Tax and Customs

For all orders shipped to the United States and Canada, we cover all customs duties, import fees, and sales tax. Following recent regulatory changes and to ensure maximum convenience, we have updated our shipping policy: all import costs are fully paid by us.

Standard Shipping
With standard shipping, delivery in most countries is handled by the respective national postal service. (Examples: Canada Post, Australia Post, Japan Post …). In the USA, delivery is handled primarily by FedEx, and only rarely by SpeedX. For US orders, all customs duties and sales tax (DDP) are already included – meaning no delays and no additional costs.
