It’s a shift in my coffee routine for sure. But I’m loving it. Having to take the time to get up earlier and grind the coffee beans by hand allows for my mornings to be slower and more intentional. My favorite part is how easily it comes apart and is cleaned.

All of the grain mills are out of stock in the US. I was wanting to start milling flour right away so I was searching everywhere for a mill. I am so glad I found this mill at Loewen-Meta. It was delivered all the way to the US within a week of ordering! It came in great condition with the power adapter and instructions in English and German! I have used the mill and bunch already with no problems! It’s so great to be able to make great bread, muffins, etc. again. I highly recommend this product and company!!

Positive reviews encouraged me to make this significant purchase and I was not disappointed. It arrived super quickly from Germany (to Australia) and is of excellent quality. It is no longer a chore to slice up my sourdough loaves as this slicer does it effortlessly. I like the fact it can fold up for storage and the suction cups really keep it anchored. Being a manual piece of equipment I anticipate it will last a considerably long time but I am reassured that the blade can be replaced should it ever become necessary. My loaves look very professional now and it was definitely worth the investment.
