I didn’t know how much I needed this item. I selected this model for the space-saving feature, the platform that folds up at the rear of slicer. I don’t mind that it’s a permanent fixture on the counter, a reminder to keep my starter fed. Slicing a loaf, whether boule or batard has been a game changer. Uniform slices with a range of width options. Delivery was prompt and the company kept me in the loop from the moment I ordered the slicer. Overall, a positive and happy customer experience.

Best way to brew coffee ! This is easy, simple and enjoyable to use ! Brews a
good cup of coffee ! Easy to clean, just hot water with soap and dishtowel ! Less than a minute it is cleaned , rinsed and drying ! Good solid construction. Worth the price !

Works great, well engineered. Pricey, but if it holds up long term, it will be worth it. I use it for sourdough which isn't always easy to slice uniformly. If you don't mind spending the bucks, I would recommend.

I could not be happier with the Hawos Easy Grain Mill. Fast shipping, packaged well, and was in stock when everyone was sold out. It works as advertised and is quick and efficient. It does make a bit of noise when in use; comparable to ice in a blender. It's a very worthy investment. Not an ounce of buyer's remorse.

Absolutely love the slicer! Original blade is still going strong but it always helps to have a replacement blade for when the time comes. So when that day comes, I will order yet another for a backup. Love it!!!!
