Comandante® Coffee Grinder C40 MK4 Nitro Blade®

Love the slicer. Hate the feet. They don’t stick (suction) to anything. Husband built a jig to hold it tight we’ve tried grumpy pads. We’ve tried all kinds of things. The feet are a -10.

I wrote to the company and never had a reply. For $382 this thing should’ve stuck to the sky.

Regarding the suction feet, we'd like to explain that suction cups generally require a smooth, flat surface to provide a secure grip. If your kitchen countertop is slightly textured or rough, suction cups cannot maintain a reliable hold, regardless of which appliance they are attached to. In such cases, an additional smooth base is necessary.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected delivery delay.

Our standard shipping time from Germany to the USA is 10–14 days, which we meet in around 98% of cases. Unfortunately, several shipments were affected by an exceptional delay at our logistics partner, as reflected in the tracking history.

We responded to your inquiries, opened an investigation, and our Managing Director personally stepped in to help resolve the issue.

USPS confirmed delivery on October 28. We also issued a 20% refund ($31.89) as a gesture of goodwill.

For faster deliveries, we offer DHL Express with an estimated transit time of 3–5 days.

As this review appears on the Kull Spaetzle Press product page, we hope its quality and performance will also be considered.

West Mark strainer food mill

It works well, but it is too small for me. I’m used to a larger-sized strainer but my larger one easily rusts. This will definitely hold up a lot longer, no rust. I had a West Mark one in the past but the wood attachment disappeared. I’ve been using it as a strainer for about 20 years and still no rust. Would’ve have given it 5 stars if it was larger.

Perfect Gift

The bread slicer was an excellent gift. This review is delayed due to the fact that shipping was incredible. The slicer had to sit on my wife's craft table wrapped for 3 weeks until her birthday. Once opened she was ecstatic, tried it out immediately and was totally impressed. Smooth simple operation, even on a over baked loaf of sour dough bread. Looking forward to years of happy slicing.
