Our 100% Ländle Spätzle offer authentic Swabian flavor at its finest. They share the same slightly irregular, hand-scraped appearance as our classic Schlemmer-Spätzle – true to traditional craftsmanship.

Just like our Schlemmer-Spätzle, the dough for the 100% Ländle Spätzle is carefully prepared, including essential resting periods. This artisanal process results in a beautiful golden color, a tender yet firm bite, and a homemade look.

For 100% Ländle Spätzle, every ingredient comes exclusively from Baden-Württemberg, Germany – affectionately called the "Ländle."
This guarantees true regional quality and authenticity.

• The eggs are sourced from selected family farms in Baden-Württemberg, committed to humane animal welfare and regional feed.
• The durum wheat semolina is grown in the fertile regions of Hohenlohe and Kraichgau, Baden-Württemberg.
• The salt is harvested in Bad Friedrichshall, Baden-Württemberg.

By using only premium local ingredients and incorporating four eggs per kilogram of semolina, our 100% Ländle Spätzle achieve their signature golden-yellow color and firm, satisfying texture – a true classic of Swabian cuisine.

Preparation:
Boil in salted water for approximately 20 minutes. Check for desired firmness before draining. Briefly rinse with fresh water after cooking.
