The Graef S32100 is an original German 230V electrical appliance.
For customers in the United States, this product is supplied as a complete ready-to-use package including a professionally matched Bronson++ TI500 Step-Up Converter from 110–120V to 230V.
Connect the Bronson++ converter to a standard US household outlet and plug the Graef slicer into the converter. No additional voltage converter or plug adapter is required.
The included converter is supplied by Bronson Energy / Mangrove GmbH in Germany. It is CE, UKCA and RoHS compliant and features primary and secondary electrical protection, thermal protection and Class I grounding.
The converter is intended exclusively for use with the included Graef bread slicer. Do not connect additional appliances, power strips or extension cords to the converter.

It is suitable for slicing artisan sourdough, rye bread, whole-grain loaves, sandwich bread, cheese, cold cuts and many other everyday foods.
The S32100 combines a full-metal construction, a freestanding cantilever design and a glass base plate. It offers the stability of a premium slicer without the size and weight of a commercial deli machine.
15° Inclined Slicing Carriage
The S32100 features a 15° inclined slicing carriage. The angled design uses gravity to help guide the loaf naturally toward the blade.
This supports comfortable and controlled handling, particularly when slicing larger or heavier artisan loaves.
Full-Metal Construction and Open Design
The premium full-metal housing provides stability during operation. Its cantilever construction leaves the area beneath the blade open and accessible.
The tempered glass base plate gives the slicer a clean, modern appearance and creates a practical working surface for collecting freshly cut slices.
Eco Power Motion Motor
The Graef S32100 uses an electronically controlled Eco Power Motion DC motor with an integrated AC-to-DC rectifier.
The motor is rated from 45 to 170 watts and adjusts its power during operation according to the slicing task. It is designed for quiet operation and a consistent blade speed.
170 mm Stainless Steel Serrated Blade
The 170 mm stainless steel serrated blade is suitable for bread, cheese and cold cuts.
The blade cover plate helps reduce friction between the food and the rotating blade. Slice thickness can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 20 mm.
Convenient Cleaning and Safe Handling
Graef’s Safety Lock system allows the blade to be removed quickly for easier cleaning and maintenance.
The slicer also includes a smooth-running aluminum carriage, food holder and child safety lock for controlled everyday use.
MiniSlice Attachment Included
The included MiniSlice attachment is designed for safely slicing smaller foods such as mushrooms, radishes, garlic, cherry tomatoes and similar ingredients.
It helps guide smaller items securely while minimizing unused food.
