Question why had I not purchased the bread Ali er any sooner. No more fighting cutting perfect slices.

The bread slicer is quite expensive. But, after using a very, very sharp knife to cut my sourdough bread for almost a year using a caddy to hold the loaf in place that had different slice widths, I felt like it was only a matter of time before I did serious damage to one of my fingers. I play the guitar and figured better to buy this bread slicer than cut my finger to the bone. In short, the slicer works perfectly and my wife is much relieved that I am not using the knife any longer!

I love this bread slicer. It's perfect for a small kitchen like mine and it does an absolutely consistent job slicing bread. It's very easy to use, and I found that I can even slice certain cheeses with it. I don't think it's limited to bread. You can slice cucumbers, zucchini, and just about anything that is firm enough. The suction cups adhere immediately to a surface. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I have had one of these mandolins for years and use it all the time. It is simple to use, easy to clean and doesn't take up half a cabinet. After probably 25 years of regular use the blades were all beginning to be a little dull and there is no easy way to sharpen them. I looked all over trying to find a replacement and in the end ordered it from the source in Germany. The whole process was easy and I got notifications of shipping and tracking info. The product arrived well within the window that was quoted and it was well packed so there was no damage to packaging or product.I'm happy to have a nice sharp replacement that is as solid and well built as the original.

This grinder replaces a Zassenhaus grinder we have had for 30 years, and finally failed. The replacement is a dream and better than the original. Possibly due to the ceramic grind elements. Beautiful finish and a joy to use.
