定番のシュペッツレプレスは、手作りシュペッツレやマッシュポテトを素早く作るのに役立ちます。レバーアームを押し合わせるだけで、均一で型崩れしにくいシュペッツレを作れます。下側のハンドルは、鍋やボウルの縁に置けるよう特別に平らにしてあり、使いやすさを高めています。3つの支え爪により、さまざまなサイズの容器にしっかり固定できます。

さまざまなプレス形状

Westmarkのプレスには、丸型と不規則型の2種類の形状があります。型はプレスから取り外せません（ディスクなしの一体型）。この設計により、プレスの安定性がさらに高まり、扱いやすくなります。

丸型

シュペッツレ、マッシュポテト、スパゲッティアイスクリームに適しています。長く丸いシュペッツレを作れます。プレスの穴径は約3 mm (0.118")です。丸穴のプレスは、スパゲッティアイスクリームの調理にも適しています。スパゲッティアイスクリームを最適に作るには、調理の数時間前にシュペッツレプレスを冷凍庫に入れてください。アイスクリームは、プレスする前に少し解凍しておいてください。

不規則型

シュペッツレとポテトに適しています（スパゲッティアイスクリームには適しません！）。ボードで手削りしたシュペッツレに似た特別な見た目は、細長い穴（スロット長さ: 約7 mm / 0.276"）によって生まれます。

It is wonderful, thanks! I use it to make Spätzle with students in my German classes. I have also gifted it wedding showers. I would suggest that this item be paired with the skimmer on the website. It took me a while to find the skimmer, which is needed to remove the Spätzle noodles from the boiling water. Danke!
