Best Sourdough Slicer Ever!

We love our Zassenhaus PURE slicer. It cuts through the crustiest loaves with ease. The bread guide is fantastic and keeps slices from binding up or falling in the way of the handle as you turn it. The depth selector is very easy to use - more so that I expected even. The only downside is you have to use the clamp that comes with it; the suction cups on the bottom really don’t work at all.
