Fresh Flakes Made by Hand

Suitable Ingredients
The Futuria M1 is suitable for many grains and seeds up to a certain grain size. Oats are the easiest and most common grain to use. Other grains, such as wheat, rye, spelt, and ancient grains, should be prepared by moistening them briefly in a sieve and then letting them dry for about 5 hours before flaking.
The flaker can also be used for selected spices such as caraway, coriander, fennel, anise, cinnamon, and sea salt when required.
Not Suitable For
