Sturdy and well-made slicer

We use our Ritter Amano slicer to slice loaves of bread. It will cut softer breads as well as crusty sourdough. The Amano is built stoutly and does not flex in use as cheaper manual slicers may. Cleaning the slicer is easy.

Just what I was looking for!

My French fianceé has been frustrated for years because she could never find a grater in the US that makes carotte rapeés (shredded carrots) properly. Anything we tried was either too fine or not fine enough to make carrot salad like we get when visiting France. I ultimately posed the question to ChatGPT, and it suggested the Westmark. Problem solved! It makes the perfect size shred, and now my girlfriend is very happy. Shipping was fast, and the price was well worth it. Thank you for making me look good!

Strainer was a fantastic purchase

I had done a lot of research before settling on this strainer. Functionality, price, and reviews were my criteria (in that order). I needed something for the last step in my gazpacho recipe. This strainer has already given me much joy and a surprising discovery. If I leave the wooden roller dry when I start using it, the tiny pieces of blended veg matter sticks to its surface creating an ever thickening layer of accumulating strained material. So efficient and easy to clean. I was also very satisfied with the prompt delivery after ordering. 5 stars!
