Developed by gastronome Andreas Reichle (Baden-Württemberg champion on the spaetzle board and owner of Andi's Spaetzle Stube in Bad Herrenalb) with orthopedic consultation, this particularly user-friendly tool features a special characteristic: a 40-degree angle of the rounded handle. Suitable for both right and left-handers. Protected as a utility model.

Super Sweet C40

Lab series hammerhead burr C40 produces the sweetest cup with the most mouth feel of any of my grinders (Ditting 807 lab sweet, Mazzer Philos, C40 nitro burr) and grinds in almost half the time compared to the Nitro burr C40 (35 revolutions for 15 gr vs 60 for the Nitro burr) This has quickly become my favorite hand grinder!
