The handle is flattened and offers with its three grooves at the front part safe hold on pots of different sizes.
Consisting of two parts - can easily be dismantled by simply pulling out the fixing pin / Single parts can be put into the dishwasher.

The Goldspatz with round holes is also ideal for the preparation of spaghetti ice cream. Please note: Please put the press in the freezer for a few hours before preparation. The same applies to plates or bowls with which you want to serve or prepare the spaghetti ice cream.

Perfect replacement

I had one from Germany for many years that wasn't dishwasher safe but was ruined when another used the dishwasher for cleaning.
This one is better as it is dishwasher safe.
Makes perfect spatzle noodles.

Nice press!

The order was processed as promised. The press is really nice. I have one that my grandmother used in Germany, which was handed down to my mother, and eventually to me. My son expressed an interest that he would like to have one, so I ordered this press. It looks just like my original press except about 100 years newer! I haven't gifted it yet, so I can't comment on how well it functions, but I don't doubt it will be fine.

Much cleaner and easier

I've used the sliding spaetzle makers before and found them messy and frustrating. This press worked perfectly for me! Clean and easy without lumps or smears. I didn't even have to push on the handle, the weight of it was sufficient to push the batter through the die.

The scoop that changed my life!

I make a cookie recipe that has a lot of butter. The batter is kept in the refrigerator for 2 days before baking. I take it out to bring it to room temperature the night before. Due to the heavy butter volume the dough is very, very soft. Using my traditional scoop results in using my hands to release the dough onto the sheet pan. A very slow and messy process. With this non-stick scoop the dough falls right out! A miracle!

They are strong and convenient, grating hard cheese like Parmesan easily, and quickly cutting cucumber, squash or other veggies.
