I absolutely love this slicer, this is probably the 4th I have bought as I give them to my friends. I eat salad every day so use it for making fine carrot sticks & slicing courgettes, it’s so easy slicing potatoes for potatoes dauphinois & for making lattice potato crisps & cucumber slices. A great addition to my kitchen essentials.
