Consisting of two parts - can easily be dismantled by simply pulling out the fixing pin / Single parts can be put into the dishwasher.

Perfect replacement

I had one from Germany for many years that wasn't dishwasher safe but was ruined when another used the dishwasher for cleaning.
This one is better as it is dishwasher safe.
Makes perfect spatzle noodles.

The best!

This has been one of my best purchases in a long time. It’s a must-have for sourdough bakers. Hand-cutting homemade sourdough often led to teasing from my husband because if the slices weren't straight, they wouldn't toast evenly—heaven forbid! Fortunately, this bread slicer has solved the problem. It works beautifully.
