Berlin represents change and innovation. The Zassenhaus BERLIN series will inspire you to use new creations. Its patented grinding mechanism is harder than steel and absolutely wear-proof and corrosion-free. Pepper, salt, spices such as grained chilly peppers, cumin or coriander are crushed according your flavor. You can choose between 6 grinding levels – from ultrafine to coarse. It remains exactly the same while refilling and can be read on a scale at the mill bottom. The classically waisted shape perfectly fits your hand and can be cleaned easily. Just fill in and grind some coarse salt. The grinding mechanism made from high-performance ceramics and the stainless-steel spindle will not corrode.

Great stone mill

I love this stone mill. It is great quality, I think it will last forever. It is easy to use and clean. The flour is fine (except for the bran and germ part). I am very happy with it. It is a good exercise. I can mill around 300g in 5 minutes (double it if passing twice to get a finer texture). I normally start with a more coarse setting (3 or 4) and then go to the finest possible (0). Recommend.
